Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-refundable e-learning fee
A $230 e-learning charge is billed immediately upon booking any course and is non-refundable. This is not applicable to the Modular Course Hub unless you are purchasing an E-Learning.

  • In-water sessions (confined & open water)

    • Full refund of your remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable $230 e-learning fee) if you cancel more than 48 hours before your first scheduled dive.

    • One complimentary reschedule permitted when requested more than 48 hours before your first dive.

    • Additional reschedules requested more than 48 hours before your first dive incur a $50 rescheduling fee.

    • Within 48 hours of your first dive: no refund of your remaining balance, but you may reschedule to another session (subject to availability) for a $50 rescheduling fee.

    • No-show: full session fees are forfeited; reschedules or refunds are not permitted.

    • Weather Policy: If weather forces us to cancel your open-water dive, we’ll happily reschedule you at no extra charge.

  • How to Cancel or Reschedule
    Submit your request in writing (email or web form). The timestamp on our confirmation of receipt will determine eligibility for refunds or transfers.
